I don’t understand why MMDA and the local Gov’t of Manila is allowing this:

• Pedi Cabs plying primary roads like Quirino Ave., U.N. Ave, Estrada, etc.
• They move against the flow of the traffic.

This does not only aggravate traffic, but pose dangers to those riding pedi cabs. Paging Mayor Atienza and/or Chairman Bayani Fernando.
